Our Commitment to Sales Growth
At I.S.K. our power is in the experience of our people, our relationships and our market knowledge. No one understands the MRO/STAFDA Marketplace in the Midwest like I.S.K. Our relationships and market knowledge started in the 1920’s and continues to evolve today.
New Vendors benefit from a launch program, while existing vendors benefit from competitive knowledge, qualified opportunities and clearly communicated goals.
We utilize Sales Logix; a customer relationship management software; to maximize sales call effectiveness, monitor account management, increase customer service and better communicate as a team.
I.S.K. is committed to having sales growth that exceeds our distributor partners’ growth, clearly communicating goals to our manufacturers and distributors, and educating distributors and users alike on our products unique value to them.
We communicate our actions to close our agreed upon opportunities in writing; for new vendors every 30 days and for existing vendors every quarter. Each opportunity consists of total dollar potential, SKU’s involved, time frame and key decision makers.
We generate relationships with key distributors and users to sell leading manufacturers products through distribution.
We physically call on distribution in 14 Midwest states. Through national distribution channels we call on distributors and end users across the United States and even across the world.
We call on Regional STAFDA Distributors, Regional Industrial Distributors and Original Equipment Manufacturers within the Midwest. Since the 1920’s we have built our relationship on solving customer problems and providing lasting solutions.
